How do I book a stay?

You can book directly on our website for the best rates. Simply choose your property and dates and follow the secure checkout process. We are also listed on major platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo.

What amenities are included?

All our properties are professionally cleaned and come equipped with essentials for a comfortable stay. This includes fresh linens and towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen basics (coffee, tea, oil, salt), and toiletries (shampoo, soap). Specific amenities like pools or parking are detailed on each property's listing page.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is from 15:00 (3:00 PM) and check-out is by 11:00 (11:00 AM). Most of our properties feature convenient self-check-in. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please ask us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How do payments and security deposits work?

For direct bookings, we accept major credit cards via our secure payment processor. A refundable security deposit may be pre-authorized on your card before check-in to cover potential damages. This deposit is automatically released after a successful post-stay inspection.

What if I have an issue during my stay?

We are here for you. You will receive contact information for our local guest support team, available to assist you with any urgent issues that may arise during your stay.

How do I get a revenue estimate for my property?

What services are included in your management?

We provide a complete, hands-off service. This includes professional listing creation, multi-platform marketing, dynamic pricing, 24/7 guest communication, check-in/out management, professional cleaning, maintenance coordination, and detailed monthly financial reporting.

What are your management fees?

We primarily operate on a commission-based model (typically 30% + VAT/IVA of the booking revenue), which ensures our goals are aligned with yours. For select properties, we also offer a Fixed Rent model that provides you with guaranteed monthly income, regardless of occupancy.

Which areas do you operate in?

We currently manage properties in select prime locations across Spain and Morocco. Please contact us to see if your property is a good fit for our portfolio.

Is there a long-term commitment or contract?

We believe in earning your business every month. Our standard management agreements are flexible, typically requiring just a 30-day notice period to terminate. We don't believe in locking our partners into long, restrictive contracts.
