Every remote seat comes with a Claude Max account at the highest tier, running Fable 5. Most agencies have never touched this kind of firepower. One condition: you use all of it, every week, on the work. We don't count your hours. We count the tokens you burn, and a full tank on Sunday night is the one thing we don't forgive.

  • Fluent English and Spanish. French, German, Arabic or a Nordic language is a big plus.
  • Keep your own Instagram. No agency rebrand, no new account — @sara.crawford stays @sara.crawford, never @sara.domusaedes. We recruit you, not your handle.

We have a strict house style: cuts that work on mute, clean serif type, soft gradients instead of hard outlines. Taste is the job.

The deal

  • Project-based to start; a monthly retainer as volume grows.
  • A Claude Max seat at the highest tier on Fable 5. Law II applies: burned to zero, weekly, on the work.
  • The machines transcribe, sort and QA. Your hours go to taste, not grunt work.
  • Any editor — Final Cut, Resolve, Premiere. You've already cut with AI tools in the loop, or you're ready to learn at full speed.

The deal

  • Base salary plus a share of the commission on every deal you helped close. Both sides of the split pay you, because you make both sides money.
  • A Claude Max seat at the highest tier on Fable 5. Law II applies, every week, to zero.
  • One number: how many leads slip away. Yours to keep at zero.
  • You live in the tools: CRMs, spreadsheets, AI. If a machine can do a task, you'd rather teach it than do it twice. Fluent English and Spanish.
